Charity believes these people to be among the most vulnerable people in our
society and deserves the most of all attention and priorities. The organization
believes these people deserve equal opportunities just like others in the
society and hence need to be supported. The organization has created special
permanent salaries to people with disabilities such as deaf, blind, the Elderly
etc
